Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered.

During particular promotional periods, transport costs may be lowered or cancelled.

The couriers we rely on are:

GLS www.gls-italy.it . Delivery times from shipment are 1 or 2 days for all of Italy, for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia it takes approximately 3 days. GLS has a good quality/price ratio, the packages are handled with care during transport, no damage has ever occurred.
Tracking (shipment monitoring) is available. Delivery is expected on Saturday .
TNT www.tnt.it . TNT's standard service provides delivery in 1 day for all of Italy and 2/3 days for the islands. TNT offers an excellent service in terms of punctuality, precision and maximum care of parcels.
Tracking is available and very precise. Delivery on Saturday is not expected .
Delivery time
Some factors affect delivery times such as the availability of the goods ordered and the delivery methods chosen. The times indicated in the delivery terms are indicative and do not constitute in any way a constraint for Cereria San Giacomo. Using express courier transport, you will receive the ordered product within 1 to 2 working days from the time of shipment .
Attention:
Delivery times are calculated for orders completed by 10.00 am on each working day (Monday to Friday). Saturday and Sunday are not considered in the calculation of transport days.

Receipt of the goods
Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:
Number of packages delivered . It must correspond to what is indicated in the transport document.
Intact packaging . Therefore not altered in any way, even in the closing ribbons.
In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing " GOODS CONTROL RESERVE " on the delivery document received from the courier.
The customer will then be required to report the damage within 7 ( seven ) days of receiving the goods according to the methods established by the chosen operator.
If the customer does not collect the goods within 5 ( five ) working days, due to the impossibility of delivery to the indicated address, the order will be canceled and storage costs will be charged .
