Returns & Refunds

The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form ) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send Cereria San Giacomo sas (Candele.it) a communication within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. This communication must be sent via email to the address:

Please note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal

Late cancellation Order with advance payment by bank transfer .
If the cancellation occurs after the shipment of the goods, the customer will still be required to receive the goods, subsequently requesting authorization to return them. After the return, the credit note will be issued and the customer will be refunded the amount paid, net of shipping and insurance costs for both shipping and return. Even if the customer were to refuse delivery of the goods to avoid subsequent return, he will still be required to reimburse Cereria San Gicomo for the shipping and insurance costs already incurred, as well as the shipping and insurance costs for the return of the goods by the courier.

Order with cash on delivery.
If the customer who has requested and obtained to pay for the goods on delivery, were to cancel the order after the shipment of the goods, he will in any case be required to receive the goods, immediately requesting the return and refund of the amount paid, net of shipping costs. Even if the customer were to refuse delivery of the goods to avoid subsequent return, he will still be required to reimburse Cereria San Giacomo for the shipping and insurance costs, as well as the cash on delivery charges already incurred by it, as well as the shipping and insurance costs for the return of the goods by the courier.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided;

The shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

Cereria San Giacomo sas (Candele.it) is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

The price charged for return costs will be calculated based on weight and location.

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Cereria San Giacomo sas (Candele.it) will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 days of the return of the goods, through a refund procedure of the amount charged to your credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the invoice holder).
